A Resolution of the San Rafael City Council
Amending the 1992/93 Budget
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 8692
adopting the 1992/93 Budget; and
WHEREAS, additional
operations; and
funds are required for City
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City
Council a report outlining the additional budget items; and
WHEREAS, after examination, deliberation, and due
consideration, the City Council has approved the same; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the amended budget is attached hereto
and made part hereof and is designed as Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLED by the San Rafael City
Council that Resolution 8692 is amended to provide an additional
$227,818 for current expenditures.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director is
authorized to transfer $47,036 from the General Fund to the
Recreation Funds.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City the 7th day of September , 1993, by the following
vote, to wit:
