RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION
OF SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT WORK - OAKWOOD
UNIT 5 TO AND INCLUDING MARCH 11, 1994
Upon application of the Subdivider therefor, and due cause
being shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the
construction of the subdivision improvement work in Oakwood Unit 5 as
provided for in that certain Agreement between the City of San Rafael and
Paul Felton, as Subdivider, shall be completed, is hereby extended to and
includes the 11th day of March, 1994.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on
Monday, the 20th day of September, 1993, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCELMEMBERS: Cohen, Shippey, Thayer & Vice -Mayor Breiner
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
