A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT DEED
FOR CONVEYANCE OF TEN (1 O) OPEN SPACE PARCELS
TO THE MARIN COUNTY OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, in accordance with that certain agreement between
the City of San Rafael, the County of Marin and the Marin County Open Space
District, approved by the San Rafael City Council on August 5, 1991 and
dated August 20, 1991, title to the following lands was to be transferred to
the Marin County Open Space District:
A.P.N. 165-010-08, 09, 40, 43, 67, 68 & 70, 165-123-19 & 20
and 165-171-38.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute that certain Grant Deed, attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference, for the conveyance of the above described parcels to the Marin
County Open Space District as provided in the agreement between the City,
the County and the Open Space District.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 19th
day of July, 1993, by the following vote, to wit:

the real property in the City of San Rafael, County of Marin, State of California, described as
follows:
All those rights, title and interest in Parcel "F" and Parcel "G" as described in that certain "Map of
Twelveoak Hill Unit Five," filed for record on August 31, 1965, in Volume 3 of Maps at Page 32,
Marin County Official Records; and
All those rights, title and interest as described in that certain Grant Deed filed for record on April
20, 1966 in Book 2043 at Page 163, Marin County Official Records; and
All those rights, title and interest as described in that certain Grant Deed filed for record on March
20, 1973 in Book 2667 at Page 511, Marin County Official Records; and
All those rights, title and interest as described in that certain Grant Deed filed for record on June
26, 1973 in Book 2699 at Page 525, Marin County Official Records; and
All those rights, title and interest as described in that certain Grant Deed filed for record on March
8, 1974 in Book 2771 at Page 417, Marin County Official Records; and
All those rights, title and interest as described in that certain Grant Deed filed for record on April
23, 1973 in Book 2678 at Page 589, Marin County Official Records; excepting therefrom
PARCEL TWO as described in said Grant Deed.
