1985, starting as a Steno/Clerk and upgraded to Secretary approximately
two years ago; and
WHEAM.A.S, Nicky consistently approaches her work with patience, thoroughness, and
good humor, managing with ease an extremely diverse and complex
workload; and
WHEXTEAS, NAY plays a key role in the City's 1Zisk 96nagement Program, handling
all of the fiabdity claims processing, in addition to her ongoing City Clerk
Department related assignments; and
WHE-W4,EAS, Nk 4y has demonstrated commitment to getting the job done, no matter
what it takes, throughout her career with the City of San Rafael.

of San Rafael hereby designate NkkH Marrotte as the Employee of tFie Qparter for the
period ending dune 30, 1993, and express sincere appreciation to -cky for her dedication and
