RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE
COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENT WORK
"SUBDIVISION OF LANDS OF LAUREL PROPERTIES"
(EXTENDED TO AND INCLUDING 5/18/94)
Upon application of the Subdivider therefor, and due
cause being shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the
construction of the improvement work provided for in that certain
Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and Laurel Properties, as
Subdivider, shall be completed, is hereby extended to and includes the 18th
day of May 1994. This extension shall not become effective unless and until
said Subdivider files with the City Clerk the written consent of the Surety
Company upon said Subdivider's Faithful Performance Bond to said
continuance and waiver of statute of limitations for the period of said
extension.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on
Monday, the 3rd day of May, 1993 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen
