RESOLUTION NO. 8867
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOMITION OF 11PPRECIRTION
TO
LLOYD STROM
WHEREAS, Lloyd Strom has been employed in the Public Works
Department since November 20, 1967, progressing through
the engineering classifications to his current position
as the Assistant Public Works Director; and
WHEREAS, Lloyd consistently strives for excellence in all aspects
of his work and continually works towards developing new
ideas and performance goals that will benefit his
department and the City; and
WHEREAS, Lloyd's contributions to numerous City-wide projects such
as the Capital Improvement Project and the Americans with
Disabilities Committee's work are key to the success of
such projects; and
WHEREAS, Lloyd is a calm, thoughtful and skilled supervisor who
infuses in his staff a commitment to do the very best job
possible at all times; and
WHEREAS, The Employee Recognition Committee has selected Lloyd as
the Employee of the Year for 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Council
of the City of San Rafael hereby designate LLOYD STROM as the 1992
EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR and express sincere congratulations and
appreciation to Lloyd for his dedication to the City of San Rafael
and his outstanding work performance.
