A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT,
LEASE OR AGREEMENT WITH COMCO MANAGEMENT, INC.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute, on behalf
of the City of San Rafael, an amendment to the agreement with ComCo
Management, Inc., as the City's Worker's Compensation Administrator
for the period from November 1, 1992 through October 31, 1993,
which increases the annual fee to be paid as follows:
November 1, 1992 to January 31, 1993 - $4,875/month
February 1, 1993 to October 31, 1993 - $6,000/month
(based on an annual fee of $72,000)
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on Monday, the 5th day of April, 1993, by the
following vote to wit:

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
IT IS HEREBY AGREED between the City of San Rafael and Comco
Management, Inc. that the terms and conditions of the original
agreement approved by the City Council on October 15, 1990 as
documented in Resolution No. 8255, with the exception to the fee
increases stipulated in this amendment, shall- remain in effect.
The fee schedule is hereby amended as follows:
1. November 1, 1992 through January 31, 1993 - no change in
fee of $4,875 per month.
2. February 1, 1993 through October 31, 1993 - Monthly fee
is set at $6,000 per month (based on an annual fee of
$72,000).
3. Renewal of Agreement: This agreement may be renewed from
year to year as stipulated to in the original agreement.
The increase for renewal of the agreement for November 1,
1993 through October 31, 1994 shall not exceed 10% of the
$72,000 annual fee.
