RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RELOCATION OF ONE VIEW DECK AT
BAYPOINT LAGOON SHORELINE PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael adopted the San Rafael Shoreline Master Plan
in 1989, and
WHEREAS, the Baypoint Lagoon Development designed their portion of the
Shoreline Park to comply with the Master Plan, and
WHEREAS, the Master Plan designated two inboard view decks along the
Baypoint Lagoon parcel, and
WHEREAS, The City Council agreed to consider relocation of one of the view
decks to a more southern location as originally approved in the Master Plan, and
WHEREAS, Spinnaker Point Development and B.C.D.C. both agree to the new
location.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San
Rafael approves the relocation of one view deck along the Shoreline .

foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the city Council of said City held on the 5th of An r i i
1993 by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner
