A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 8728 PERTAINING TO THE SALARY OF THE CITY MANAGER
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael as follows:
As of July 1, 1993 the annual salary of the City Manager
will be increased with a two percent (2%) salary adjustment to
$90,201; and effective January 1, 1994, the annual salary of the
City Manager will be increased with a two percent (2%) salary
adjustment along with the deletion of the existing Management
Allowance ($2,000 per year) and rolling this Management Allowance
into the salary. Effective January 1, 1994 the annual salary would
then be $94,005.

hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Tuesdav , the 16th day of February , 1993 by the
following vote, to wit:
