CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
REBOhOTION OF 11PPRECIaTION
TO
RICK BROWN
WHEREAS, Richard L. Brown (Rick) has been employed in the Central
Services Division since May, 1979; and
WHEREAS, Rick has consistently maintained a creative, positive
approach to his job, coupled with an ongoing commitment
to produce high quality, yet cost effective, printing and
graphics work; and
WHEREAS, Rick pro -actively works with department representatives
to meet their goals and to lend individualized attention
to each job; and
WHEREAS, Over the last twelve months, Rick has willingly and
successfully taken on the additional responsibility of
supervising and coordinating the print shop, mail
services, and central store's operations necessitated
by a reduction in staff; and
WHEREAS, The Employee Recognition Committee has selected Rick
as the Employee of the Quarter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of
the City of San Rafael hereby designate RICK BROWN as the EMPLOYEE
OF THE QUARTER for the quarter ending on 12-31-92 and express
sincere appreciation to Rick for his dedication and outstanding
services to the City of San Rafael.
