A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE 1992/93 GAS TAX FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution No. 8692
adopting the 1992/93 Budget; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has submitted to the
City Council a report outlining an addition to the Gas Tax Fund Budget; and
WHEREAS, after examination, deliberation and due
consideration, the City Council has approved the same; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the amended budget is attached hereto and
made part hereof and is designated as Exhibit "X.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that Resolution 8692 is amended to increase the Gas Tax
appropriations by $79,000.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 2nd
day of November 1992, by the following vote, to wit:
