RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING FALKIRK CULTURAL CENTER TO CHANGE THE PUBLIC
HOURS TO 10am - 4:30pm ON TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS
INSTEAD OF loam - 6pm AND TO CONTINUE THE PUBLIC HOURS OF loam -
and
9pm ON THURSDAYS AND loam - 1pm ON SATURDAYS
WHEREAS, Falkirk Cultural Center will be open by appointment after 4:30pm;
WHEREAS, due to current budget cuts Falkirk is unable to hire a person to cover
the period from 5pm to 6pm; and
WHEREAS, Falkirk Cultural Center can still provide a rich and varied program
of exhibitions and educational programs for our diverse cultural community with the
open hours that are proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
San Rafael hereby authorizes staff at the Falkirk Cultural Center to establish new hours
of operation as stated above.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
Regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on Mondav the 2nd day of
November, 1992, by the following vote to wit:
