RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING STAFF ACCEPTANCE OF THE CALIFORNIA ARTS COUNCIL
GRANT #952-187 MBO -030 FOR $3,541.00, FOR THE PERIOD OF OCTOBER 1, 1992
TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1993.
WHEREAS, the aforementioned foundation has granted funding for arts and
humanities related exhibitions and educational programs; and
WHEREAS, Falkirk Cultural Center provides a rich and varied program of
exhibitions and educational programs for our diverse cultural community; and
WHEREAS, Falkirk Cultural Center staff wishes to apply to the aforementioned
organizations for support for ongoing programs and operations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San
Rafael hereby authorizes staff at the Falkirk Cultural Center to accept funding from the
aforementioned organization for grant support for programs and operations.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a Reuular meeting
of the City Council of said City held on Mondav the 2nd day of November, 1992 by the
