CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOUITION OF dPPRECIRTION
TO
SCOTT CLARK
Whereas,
Scott Clark has been employed by the Public Works
Department since June 29, 1981, and, since May 1, 1990
as the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor; and
Whereas,
Scott has consistently demonstrated work performance
excellence through his thorough and creative "can
"do" approach to each of his assignments; and
Whereas,
Scott possesses vast knowledge about virtually all of
the building -related trades which, coupled with his
willingness to give the "extra measure", enables him to
meet the diverse needs of the City facilities; and
Whereas,
Scott's cheerful and positive approach to his work and
co-workers is well known and much appreciated; and
Whereas,
The Employee Recognition Committee has selected Scott
Clark as the Employee of the Quarter for the quarter
ending September 30, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of
the City of San Rafael hereby designate Scott Clark as
the EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER/9-30-92 and express sincere
appreciation to Scott for his dedication and outstanding
services to the City of San Rafael
