RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
APPROPRIATING $6,217 FROM THE DOLLAR MEMORIAL TRUST FUND
FOR MATERIALS TO REPAIR LEAKS
AT FALKIRK CULTURAL CENTER
WHEREAS, one of the purposes of the Stanley Dollar Memorial Trust is to
perserve, protect, and restore Falkirk Cultural Center; and
WHEREAS, Falkirk Cultural Center is badly in need of repair to prevent
leaks during the rainy season; and
WHEREAS, staff is recommending that funds from the Dollar Memorial
Trust be appropriated to purchase materials for repairs to the building to prevent
leaks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael hereby appropriates $6,217 to purchase materials on an as -
needed basis to repair Falkirk Cultural Center to prevent leaks.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a Regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on Mondav,
the Seventh day of December , 1992 by the following vote to wit:
