RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF
TEME FOR PAYMENT OF TRAFFIC MITIGATION
FEES TO FEBRUARY 28, 1994 - 1151 ANDERSEN
DRIVE (ORCHARD SUPPLY)
WHEREAS, the City Council, by ordinance, requires the payment
of traffic mitigation fees for new construction in the East San Rafael area;
and
WHEREAS, Andersen Drive Partners have taken out a building
permit for the construction of a building at 1151 Andersen Drive in East San
Rafael; and
WHEREAS, Andersen Drive Partners have recently completed
negotiations with a prospective tenant (Orchard Supply) allowing
construction to proceed; and
WHEREAS, Andersen Drive Partners have requested that the
payment of traffic mitigation fees be deferred due to the delay in
construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of San Rafael does hereby extend the due date for payment of traffic
mitigation fees at 1151 Andersen Drive until February 28, 1994.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on
Monday, the 7th day of December, 1992, by the following vote, to wit:
