CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS

PEACOCK GARDEN CLUB
%WER,PAS, the National Arbor Day Foundation has designated
the City of San Rafael as a Tree City USA; and
WJ-fEREAS, the City of San Rqfaef tabs great pride in its urban
reforestation program; and
WHEREAS, the Peacock, Garden Club is also dedicated to
preserving and improving the quality of life in the City of San R; f zef and
WREREAS, on March 6, 1992, members of the Peacock, Garden
Club will show their commitment to the City of San Rafael by engaging in an ,arbor
Day Tree Planting Project at Ofeander Park, and Peacock, Park, commemorating
.,arbor Day Celebration.
