A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING
OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH LEONARDI
PROPERTIES, INC. FOR RENTAL OF OFFICE SPACE
FOR A SATELLITE POLICE STATION IN THE CANAL AREA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
THE CITY MANAGER is authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of San Rafael, a
License Agreement with LEONARDI PROPERTIES, INC., to rent an office to the San Rafael
Police Department at 97 Louise Street for a period ending June 30, 1993, for $150.00 per
month, plus utilities; agreement subject to approval of the City Attorney's Office.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing
resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council of said City held on Monday the 4th day of May, 1992, by the following vote, to wit:
