RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACTING
CHIEF OF POLICE TO SPEND FEDERAL DRUG
ASSET SEIZURE FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE AND
REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as
follows:
THE ACTING CHIEF OF POLICE is authorized to spend $3,000.00
from the Federal Drug Asset Seizure funds for the purchase of
scheduling board for the Patrol Bureau and replacement of two
(2) computer monitors that are five (5) years old and in need
of repair.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
City Council of said City held on Monday the 1st day of June,
1992, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Cohen, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
