A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE 1991/92 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 8465
adopting the 1991/92 Budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City
Council a report outlining the additional budget items; and
WHEREAS, after examination, deliberation and due
consideration, the City Council has approved the same; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the amended budget is attached hereto
and made part hereof and is designated as Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that Resolution 8465 is amended to reduce the
appropriations by $105,840.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on Monday , the 15th day of
June , 1992, by the following vote to wit:
