A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
TWO -WHEEL TRAILER
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City's Equipment
Replacement Program for 1991/92, specifications were drawn and bids
solicited for a two -wheel trailer for the Parks Division in Public
Works; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and opened on June 24, 1992;
and
WHEREAS, the bid of Hogue Equipment Company, Inc., was
the lowest responsible bid received and it met the specifications;
and
WHEREAS, it is staff's recommendation that the bid of
Hogue Equipment Company, Inc., be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that staff is hereby authorized to purchase a two -wheel
trailer from
Hogue Equipment Company, Inc.,
for
the price of
$3,430.93, as
set forth in their bid dated June
3,
1992.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on Mondav , the 6th day of Julv ,
1992, by the following vote to wit:
