RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF $16,000
OF FEDERAL DRUG ASSET SEIZURE FUNDS FOR
YOUTH ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS AT BAHIA VISTA SCHOOL
(AUGUST, 1x92 THROUGH. MAY, 1x9.3)_
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
WHEREAS, the Recreation Department offers various After School Enrichment
Programs at school sites throughout the city, and
WHEREAS, the Recreation Department in coordination with the Police
Department Youth Services Bureau and Communities in Schools has identified a critical
need for such programs after school at Bahia Vista School.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San
Rafael authorizes the expenditure of $16,000 from the Federal Drug Asset Seizure Fund
for after school programs August'92 thru May'93.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the city Council of said City held on the 6 th of July
1992 by the following vote, to wit:
