CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOWITION OF 11PPREEIRTION
TO
MARGARET M. JOHNSON
WHEREAS, Margaret "Peggy" Johnson has been employed in the San
Rafael Police Department since December 22, 1988 as a
Parking Enforcement Officer; and
WHEREAS, Peggy is responsible for collecting coins from meters,
writing citations, checking, marking and arranging for
the towing of abandoned vehicles and she consistently
achieves positive results in all areas of her work; and
WHEREAS, Peggy is a hardworking, devoted employee who will go
beyond what is required to get the job done in the best
possible way; and
WHEREAS, Peggy's sensitivity and good humor in her dealings with
the public has resulted in many compliments about her
positive nature, even after issuing a ticket; and
WHEREAS, Peggy is an outstanding employee in that she is
courteous, cooperative, and self motivated and she boosts
the morale of others by continuing to be positive no
matter how difficult the situation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of
the City of San Rafael hereby designate MARGARET M.
-PEGGY- JOHNSON AS THE EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER for the
period beginning on October 1, 1991 through December 31,
1991, and express sincere appreciation to Peggy for her
dedication and outstanding service.
