A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE
DISC CHIPPER
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City's Equipment Replacement
Program for 1991/92, specifications were drawn and bids solicited
for one disc chipper; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and opened on January 15, 1992;
and
WHEREAS, Cal -Line Equipment Company was the lowest responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael City
Council hereby authorizes the purchase of one diesel engine disc
chipper from Cal -Line Equipment Company for the price of
$18,157.43.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on Tuesday , the 18th ' day of
February , 1992, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Cohen, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
