A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF AN
AUTOMATED CITATION SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council has approved funding in
1991/92 for an automated citation system; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for said
system; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and opened on January 21, 1992;
and
WHEREAS, the bid from Enforcement Technology, Inc., was the
only responsible bid received; and
WHEREAS, it is staff's recommendation that the bid of
Enforcement Technology, Inc., be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael City
Council hereby authorizes the purchase of an Automated Citation
System (including five Auto -Cite Units) from Enforcement
Technology, Inc., for the price of $20,967.38.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on Tuesday , the 18th day of
February , 1992, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Cohen, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
