A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF TWO
PARKING ENFORCEMENT VEHICLES
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City's Equipment Replacement
Program for 1991/92, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for
two -three wheel parking enforcement vehicles; and
and
WHEREAS, bids were received and opened on February 4, 1992;
WHEREAS, the bid from Golden Bear Equipment Company was the
only responsible bid received; and
WHEREAS, it is staff's recommendation that the bid of Golden
Bear Equipment Company be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael City
Council hereby authorizes the purchase of two -three wheel (Cushman)
Parking Enforcement Vehicles from Golden Bear Equipment Company for
the price of $21,214.05.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on Tuesday , the 18th day of
February , 1992, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Cohen, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
