RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL EXTENDING
TIME TO OBTAIN A BUILDING PERMIT TO
RETROFIT BUILDING "C" LOCATED AT 240
CANAL STREET, SAN RAFAEL
Upon request of Bay View Federal, holder of the Deed of Trust
of Building "C" at 240 Canal Street, San Rafael, therefor, and due
cause being shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which Lillie and
Jun Jue, owners of Building "C", 240 Canal Street, San Rafael may
obtain a building permit to retrofit Building "C" at 240 Canal
Street be extended from July 18, 1992 to and including August 1,
1992.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday, the 20th day of July, 1992, by the following vote,
to wit:
