RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING $20,000 EXPENDITURE FROM THE PARK &
RECREATION FACILITIES FUND FOR ALBERT PARK RENOVATION PLAN
AND PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael authorized the preparation
of improvement plans to renovate Albert Park; and,
WHEREAS, a parking lot design plan was approved by the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, both projects are underway and require funds from the City Park
and Recreation Facilities Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San
Rafael hereby approves a $20,000 allocation from the Park & Recreation Facilities Fund
for Albert Park Renovation Plan and Parking Lot Improvement Project.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of said City, held on Monday, the 20th day of
Julv ,1992, the for following vote, to wit:
