RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ESTABLISH AN ONGOING DONATION VEHICLE,
THE FALKIRK TRIBUTE FUND, TO ACCEPT VARIOUS DONATIONS TO
FALKIRK CULTURAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the members of Falkirk Cultural Center, the volunteers, the staff and
the general public may upon occasion wish to recognize a birth, anniversary or death
with a small donation in tribute to a loved one; and
WHEREAS, Falkirk Cultural Center can provide an ongoing donation
opportunity for this National Historical Place and its rich and varied cultural programs;

WHEREAS, Falkirk Cultural Center staff wishes to allow the aforementioned
members of the public the opportunity to participate in this highly visible, and
professional plan of giving to Falkirk in honor of a loved one.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
San Rafael hereby authorizes staff at the Falkirk Cultural Center to establish a new
vehicle for contributions, The Tribute Fund.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
Reeular meeting of the City Council of said City held on Mondav the 2 0 th day
of July , 1992,, by the following vote to wit:
