A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING STORM DRAIN
IMPROVEMENTS AT 196 - 200 MISSION AVENUE
SAN RAFAEL
WHEREAS, the City Council considered, in closed session, a
claim regarding storm drainage between 196 and 200 Mission Avenue; and
WHEREAS, after discussion the City Council determined it was
appropriate to make repairs to said storm drainage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael to authorize a project for the replacement of the 24" CMP
with a 24" PVC pipe on the same line and grade, to be funded out of the
Liability Account in an amount not to exceed $25,000,, and subject to the
granting of all necessary easements.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 3rd
day of August, 1992, by the following vote, to wit:
