CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOUITION OF 11PPRECIRTION
TO
LLOYD STROM
WHEREAS, Lloyd Strom has been employed in the Public Works
Department since November 20, 1967, working his way up
through the engineering classifications to his current
position of Assistant Director on July 1, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Lloyd has consistently demonstrated work performance
excellence and a strong loyalty to the City of San
Rafael; and
WHEREAS, Lloyd is committed to developing new ideas and
technology, for application in Public Works and
throughout the City, which will improve the work efforts
and results; and
WHEREAS, Lloyd is always aware of and recognizes his staff members
work efforts and problems and is able to bring calm and
thoughtful understanding to any situation; and
WHEREAS, The Employee Recognition Committee has selected Lloyd as
the Employee of the Quarter for the period ending on June
30, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Council
of the City of San Rafael hereby designate LLOYD STROM as
the EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER and express sincere
appreciation to Lloyd for his dedication and outstanding
service to our community.
