A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 8505 PERTAINING TO THE SALARY OF THE CITY
MANAGER.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael
as follows:
As of July 1, 1992, the annual salary will remain $88,432.00,
and the City Council and the City Manager shall have an opportunity
to re -open discussions on salary during the week of January 4, 1993
through January 8, 1993.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monalr L the 17th day of Aua_ust 1992
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
