CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
REBOhOTION OF 11PPRECUITION
TO
SUSIE SHEPLEY
WHEREAS, Susie Shepley has been employed by the City of
San Rafael for over thirteen years; and
WHEREAS, Susie began her services to the City as a word
processor serving all departments with her rapid,
accurate and high volume typing skills and then
transferred into the City Manager's Office; and
WHEREAS, during that time she has delighted one and all
with her friendliness and cheerful demeanor and
has become renowned for her ability to deal with
upset and irate people; and
WHEREAS, the time has come for her to move to another state,
to start a new life, as it were, and to leave behind
her many friends; and
WHEREAS, she will be sorely missed, particularly by the
City Manager's Office, and by our Finance Director
when the time comes to have the budget typed; and
WHEREAS, we all wish her the very best of luck (although
openly wishing that this really weren't going to
happen).
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council
of the City of San Rafael hereby express sincere
appreciation to Susie for her hard work and pleasant
company and wish her well in her future endeavors.
