RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING
EXPENDITURE OF $1,400 OF TRAFFIC MITIGATION FEES AS THE CITY'S
CONTRIBUTION TO FUND A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR A NORTH -
SOUTH COMMUTER BIKE ROUTE IN MARIN COUNTY
WHEREAS, Supervisor Brown has requested a contribution of $1,400 as the
City's share of a local matching contribution for a grant to fund a feasibility
study for a north -south commuter bike route in Marin County, and
WHEREAS, the General Plan 2000 endorses the bike way concept;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby
authorizes expenditure of $1,400 of traffic mitigation fees as the City's
contribution to the requested local matching funds.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on Tuesdav , the
8th day of September , 1992, by the following vote, to wit:
