RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACTING
CHIEF OF POLICE TO SPEND FEDERAL DRUG
ASSET SEIZURE FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF
POLICE VEHICLE EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
THE ACTING CHIEF OF POLICE is authorized to spend $4,600.00 from the Federal Drug
Asset Seizure funds for the purchase of new police vehicle emergency lighting, and
police radio scanners for installation in police patrol vehicles.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing
resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
City Council of said City held on Tuesday, the 8th day of September, 1992, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Cohen, Shippey, Thayer & Payor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
