CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOUITION OF 11PPRE1
TO
FRANK GRUEN, ROYAL AUTO BODY
WHEREAS, in the spirit of service to the community, Frank Gruen, a
local businessman has always supported and cooperated with the
San Rafael Police Department and its enforcement endeavors in the
Canal neighborhood; and
WHEREAS, since October 1991, the San Rafael Police Department
has maintained a temporary office, a construction trailer, in the
Canal neighborhood for the use of its officers to further their
presence in the neighborhood; and
WHEREAS, Frank Gruen has reimbursed the City the monthly rental
fee required to maintain this temporary office in the Canal
neighborhood since October 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of
the City of San Rafael, on behalf of all its citizens, especially those
living in the Canal neighborhood, hereby express sincere
appreciation and gratitude to Frank Gruen for assisting in this
worthwhile endeavor by the City.
