A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WORKSTATION
IN THE ENGINEERING DIVISION OF THE PUBLIC
WORKS DEPARTMENT FROM PC SYSTEM SERVICES
(IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,634.47)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City's approved Gas Tax
Budget for 1992/93, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for a
Pavement Management System Workstation in the Engineering Division of
the Public Works Department; and
1992; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and opened on September 28,
WHEREAS, the bid of PC System Services was the lowest
responsible bid received in compliance with the specifications; and
WHEREAS, it is staffs recommendation that the bid of PC
System Services be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael that staff is hereby authorized to purchase a Pavement
Management System Workstation from PC System Services for the price of
$11,634.47.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on
Monday, the 5th day of October, 1992, by the following vote, to wit:
