RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY FOR STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES (70 SOUTHERN HEIGHTS BLVD. -
A. P. NO. 13-171-02)
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity and
welfare require that the real property hereinafter mentioned be accepted
and used for the benefit of the public of the City of San Rafael for street
right-of-way purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, California, does hereby accept that certain deed from
Yoko Burke, dated August 5, 1992, for and on behalf of the City of San
Rafael and the real property described therein, all as more particularly
described and set forth in the attachment hereto and incorporated herein
by reference, and the Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause said
deed to be duly recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County
of Marin, State of California, forthwith upon the adoption of this resolution.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 5th
day of October, 1992, by the following vote, to wit:

Beginning at the most westerly corner of "Parcel Two", of lands conveyed by
Decree of Final Distribution to Yoko Burke, recorded May 1, 1982; in Official
Records Instrument No. 82-008183; Marin County Records; more particularly at
the angle point in courses "S13*20'W 58.30" feet and "S38°59'E 78.40" feet;
being marked by a nail and tag "LS 4794" in pavement, as shown upon that
certain Record of Survey map recorded March 14, 1990, in Book 27 of Surveys,
at Page 16; Marin County Records; thence leaving said corner, along the
westerly line of said lands S38'59'E 41.00 feet; thence leaving said line
N35`30'W 19.00 feet; thence northwesterly 30.13 feet, more or less, along a
tangent curve, concave northeasterly, having a radius of 75 feet and a central
angle of 23°00'52", to the westerly line of said lands; thence along said
