A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
SAN RAFAEL RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.
8721 AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
QUIT CLAIM DEED OF THE DINO AND
MARIO GHILOTTI FAMILY TRUST
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO HEREBY RESOLVE:
Rescind Resolution No. 8721 which was adopted by the City
Council on August 3, 1992. Resolution No. 8721 is rescinded at the
request of and pursuant to a letter dated September 18, 1992 from
attorney Patrick J. McNeil on behalf of the Trustees of THE DINO
AND MARIO GHILOTTI FAMILY TRUST (formerly known as the GHILOTTI
BROS. FAMILY TRUST), an Inter Vivos Trust created on June 29, 1984.
The Quit Claim Deed authorized to be signed pursuant to Resolution
No. 8721 has not been recorded and is ordered to be destroyed.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City held on Monday, the 5th day of October, 1992, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Cohen, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
