A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO EXE-
CUTE PARCEL MAP FOR ACCEPTANCE OF LAND FOR
ROADWAY PURPOSES - TAMALPAIS AVENUE EXTENSION
WHEREAS, the Agency is the owner of the parcels of land designated as
AP 11-276-13 and AP 11-276-10, formerly the lands of Rossi and Greyhound Lines, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the lot lines within these parcels need to be adjusted for the
reallocation of parcel boundaries and subsequent construction of Tamalpais Avenue
Extension (Parcel 1, as shown on the Parcel Map attached hereto) and the Transportation
Center; and
WHEREAS, said Parcel Map has been prepared delineating these lot line
adjustments and the conveyance of land for the extension of Tamalpais Avenue (Parcel 1);
and
WHEREAS, said Parcel Map has been submitted to and approved by the
Subdivision Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Clerk of the City of San Rafael
is hereby authorized to execute said parcel map accepting the conveyance of Parcel 1
(Tamalpais Avenue Extension) for street and roadway purposes.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 7th day of January, 1991, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
