A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A
CONTRACT, LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of San Rafael a contract, lease or agreement
with
STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION FOR 1990/91 INFLATION AMENDMENT
TO CHILD DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT#7004
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a
part hereof.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a Regular meeting of
the City Council of said City held on Tuesdav the 22nd
day of January , 1991 by the following vote, to wit:

This agreement with the State of California dated July 1, 1990 designated as number CD -70(
shall be amended in the following particulars but no others:
The Maximum Rate per child day of enrollment payable pursuant to the provisions of tt
agreement shall be amended by deleting reference to $ 17.7688 and inserting $ 18.6142
place thereof.
The Maximum Reimbursable Amount (MRA) payable pursuant to the provisions of this agreeme
shall be amended by deleting reference to $ 69.780 and inserting $ 73.100 in pla
thereof.
SERVICE REQUIREMENT
Minimum Child Days of Enrollment (CDE) Requirement 3.927.1 (no change)
Minimum Days of Operation (MDO) Requirement 247 (no change)
EXCEPT AS AMENDED HEREIN all terms and conditions of the original agreement shall rema
unchanged and in full force and effect.
