RESOLUTION NO. 8328
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
ONE FIVE PASSENGER MINI VAN
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized purchase of One
Five Passenger Mini Van for use by the Fire Department
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for One
Five 'Passenger Mini Van
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services Department
staff; and
WHEREAS, Sonnen Chevrolet Olds is the low responsible bidder
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that
the following action be taken: Purchase from Sonnen Chevrolet Olds
one Five passenger mini van for the amount of $15,438.03
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
on Tuesdav , the 22nd day of January 1991, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
