RESOLUTION NO. 8330
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
FOUR KAWASAKI MOTORCYCLES
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized purchase of
Four (4) Kawasaki motorcycles for use by the Police Department.
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for four
(4) Kawasaki motorcycles
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services staff;
WHEREAS, G&B Kawasaki of Petaluma is the -low responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that
the following action be taken: Purchase from G & B Kawasaki of
Petaluma, Four (4) Kawasaki motorcycles for the amount of $29,097.00.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCICI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City on Tuesdav , the 22nd day of January ,1991, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
