A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
SEVEN POLICE PATROL VEHICLES
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized purchase of Police
Patrol Vehicles
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for Seven
Police Patrol Vehicles
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services Department
staff; and
WHEREAS;- Sonnen Chevrolet Oldsmobile is the low responsible bidder
that meets the specificaitons
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that
the following action be taken: Award purchase of Seven Police
Patrol Vehicles for the amount of $105,224.98 from Sonnen Chevrolet
Olds. -
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Tuesday
the -22nd day of January
