A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A
CONTRACT, LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
VICE-
The/MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf of
the City of San Rafael, a contract, lease or agreement with
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH BOOR/A ARCHITECTS ADDING STRUCTURED PARK-
ING TO SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR PROPOSED CITY/COUNTY LIBRARY PROJECT,
ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "A",
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a part
hereof.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a REGULAR meeting of the City Council of said
City held on MONDAY, the 4TH day of MARCH ,

Owner and Architect (April 2, 1990:
Concept Design Phase as defined by Article 12.2 for 90,000
square feet of structured parking for approximately 200 to 240
cars below the library with an estimated construction cost of
$3,600,000.
Reason for Change: Structured parking was omitted from the Owner's program and
construction budget.
