A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING PROPOSAL FROM HARRY MURPHY
AND FRIENDS FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR REPAINTING
AND SIGNAGE OF PARKING STRUCTURES AT rir in AVENUE
AND C STREET AND i'ruxW STREET AND LOOTENS PLACE
WHEREAS, the City -owned parking structures at Fifth and "C" Streets
and Third and Lootens Place were reconstructed in 1964; and
WHEREAS, both parking structures are in need of relighting,
repainting and re-signing; and
WHEREAS, when the relighting work is completed, the structures can
be repainted and re-signed; and
WHEREAS, the City has secured a proposal from the graphic design
firm of Harry Murphy and Friends for Design Services for the repainting and re -
signage of both structures in the amount of $10,385.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of Public
Works is authorized to accept this proposal from Harry Murphy and Friends a copy
of which is attached hereto, marked Attachment "A" and incorporated herein by
this reference.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 1st day of
April, 1991, by the following vote, to wit:
