A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT FOR
PUBLIC SIDEWALK PURPOSES - 151 McINNIS PARKWAY
WHEREAS, public interest, convenience and welfare require that
the easement hereinafter mentioned be accepted and used for the benefit of
the public of the City of San Rafael, California.
NOW, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of
San Rafael, California, that that certain grant for public sidewalk purposes at
151 McInnis Parkway, executed by Joe and Haidy Shekou and Las Gallinas
Valley Sanitary District to the City of San Rafael, dated March 4, 1991, be
and the same is hereby accepted and the Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to cause said conveyance to be duly recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of Marin, State of California, forthwith upon
the adoption of this Resolution.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 6th
day of May, 1991, by the following vote, to wit:

DISTRICT, a public corporation
hereby GRANT(S) to THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, a municipal Corporation
the following described real property in the City of San Rafael
County of Marin ,State of California:
AN EASEMENT for public sidewalk purposes, described as follows:
A strip of land 10 feet in width lying Southeasterly of and adjacent to the
following described line:
BEGINNING at the Northwesterly corner of Parcel 2, the same as shown and
delineated on that certain Parcel Map entitled, "Parcel Map of Civic Center
North, being a Resubdivision of Parcel A - 21 PM 70, San Rafael, California",
filed for Record August 26, 1986 in Book 23 of Parcel Maps at Page 52, Marin
County Records; thence along the Northwesterly boundary of said Parcel 2
(23 PM 52) North 400 35' 10" East, 105.00 feet to the terminus of this easement.
Containing 1,200 square feet, more or less.
