RESOLUTION NO. 8386
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE
OF THREE PICK UP TRUCKS FOR USE BY THE PARKS
MAINTENANCE DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF
PUBLIC WORKS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized purchase of
three pick up trucks for use by the Parks Maintenance Division
of Public Works.
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for
three pick up trucks
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services
Department staff; and
WHEREAS, Wayne Cross Ford is the low responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
Authorize the purchase of three pick up trucks
from Wayne Cross Ford of San Rafael for the
price of $35,623.42.
I, Jeanne M. Leoncini, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Mondav, the 6th day of May. 1991. by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Boro, Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
