RESOLUTION NO. 8387
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE
of One 3 -Wheel Parking Meter Maintenance Vehicle
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized purchase of
one three -wheel Parking Meter Maintenance Vehicle.
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for
one three -wheel Parking Meter Maintenance Vehicle
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services
Department staff; and
WHEREAS, Golden Bear Equipment Co., is the low responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
Authorize the purchase of one three -wheel Parking
Meter Maintenance Vehicle. Cushman Model 146690
per our specifications from Golden Bear Equipment Co.
For the price of $10,959.34
I, Jeanne M. Leoncini, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Mondav, the 6th day of May. 1991,, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
