PRESENTS THIS

5oHN W. RUNSEY
WHEREAS, Sohn began his employment with the City of San
Rafael on 7uly 22, 1985; and
WHEREAS, john labored many long hours on the preparation of
the Transportation dement of General Plan 2000; and
WHEREAS, the product of these long hours is a document that is
complete and accurate and a basis for the future development of San 9;�gfaei; and
%WEREAS, Yohn practiced what he preached by participating in a
carpool with other City employees in the Publc Works, Planning and Police
Departments; and
WHEREAS,
Management Team; and
john is an invaluable member of the City's
WwEP,,EAS, john has shown great professionalism and extreme
courtesy and patience in dealing with traffic issues; and
WHEPkTAS, Sohn' cheerful attitude and positive approach to life
has made a real difference.
NOW, VIEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RE -SOLVED that the City
Council of the City of San Rafael wishes to express its sincere appreciation to ,john
W, Ncrosey for his dedication, professionalism and hard work, and wishes him well
in his new appointment in Nfvada County.
